Domestic violence and abuse

If you are afraid of someone in your home, or someone is controlling, hurting, or threatening you, these services can help you make a plan in private.

If you are supporting someone else

  • Take what they are saying seriously. Believe them.
  • Ask directly: "Are you safe right now?" Direct questions do not plant ideas; they open doors.
  • Stay with them — in person or on the phone — while they call.
  • If they are in immediate danger and cannot or will not call, you may call emergency services on their behalf.

Listings above are starting points, not exhaustive. We are working on broader localized routing; if a critical resource for your country is missing, please tell us at safety@auraversesanctuary.life.
